Reserve Hospitaliers Cairanne 2020

This Cairanne is made from quality Grenache and Syrah grapes, with a drop of Mourvedre, that were picked at optimum ripeness. Partially aged in French oak barrique for 12 months, the wine has developed a wonderful structure and richness. A deep cherry- red blue colour and a moreish nose of vanilla, morello cherries, chocolate and a touch of clove spice, the finish of this full flavoured Rhône red is of red cherry fruit and a twist of cinnamon and nutmeg. The perfect match to flavoursome red meat dishes, casseroles and rich stews.
