Gable & Grace South African Chenin Blanc/Pinot Grigio 2021

Refreshing and full of juicy green and red apple notes, this is a delightful blend of South Africa’s mother grape Chenin Blanc with the hugely popular Pinot Grigio. Dry, but with a hint of honeyed fruit on the finish, this wine is delicious with fish and poultry dishes but would make a great addition to any dinner.

We take advantage of all of the soil types around the cape to bring into one blend an interesting and balanced wine. The sandy soils of the Swartland bring minerality, the coastal regions the salinity and the ripeness is born from the wines from the Breede Valley region.

Our winemaker Marinda works with each of our partner growers in their vineyards to ensure the crop is healthy. There is a mix of irrigated and un-irrigated vineyards each of which adds its own unique quality to the fruit
