Description
Winemaker Jean-Claude Mas has created a unique "Jardin de Roses" (rose garden), a collection of aromatic, fruity, and floral rosé wines, close to what we can smell in a rose garden. The wine comes from vineyards planted on the sandy, free-draining soils of the Pliocene hillsides so typical of the Aspres region in the Languedoc. The diversity of this terroir makes it possible to produce wines with a subtle palette of aromas and flavors.

Vinification
Each grape variety is vinified separately. Destemming, direct pressing (pneumatic). Fermentation for 3 weeks at 16 ° C (maximum) with selected yeasts. The wine is aged on lees with regular batonnage for 40 days in cement vats. During the vinification, we regularly rack the wines in order to keep a maximum of fruit and concentration.
