Lieu Dit La Vérité Viognier 2018

A rich and exotic Viognier from the south of France. peaches, apricot and honeysuckle flowers. The palate is generous yet well balanced with well integrated oak that does not mask any of the pure Viognier character but rather adds to the structure. Vérité has a lingering opulent finish with a hint of nuttiness.

Single parcel selection, night time harvesting, press with juice selection, must clarification at low temperatures, fermentation at 16-17°C, fermented and matured in French Oak barrels (70%), light filtration before bottling.
