Viticulture
Single guyot. “Lutte Raisonnée”. Traditional prunning. Vines 12-20 years old.
Vinification
Grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press. The juice is then racked into a stainless steel tank before being transferred to oak barrels for fermentation.
Maturation
Aged in oak barrels from the Vosges and the Allier region for 10 months of which 20% is new oak.
