Description
This property was certified as organic from the 2013 vintage onwards, but there has always been a focus on respecting the legacy of the terroir. The domaine’s origins reach back to the 18th century. Gently barrel-aged, this is a beautifully balanced with ripe stone fruit and hazelnut character.

Vinification
The grapes are harvested by hand. Then they are sorted and full bunches are pressed. Juice is settled after for 24/48 hours. After this period, the wine is put into barrels for the alcoholic and malolatic fermentation 30% new oak.
Maturation
The wine is aged in oak barrel during 10 month before bottling. 30% aged in new barrels, the rest in barrels of 1 wine
