White flowers on the nose. Ripe, honeyed fruit and a fine generous texture on the palate with great balance and vivacity.

White clay with a high limestone content.

Single guyot. “Lutte Raisonnée”. Traditional prunning.

Grapes are pressed in a pneumatic press. The juice is then racked into a stainless steel tank before being transferred to oak barrels for fermentation. Once the alcoholic fermentation is finished, “batonnage” is performed to stir the lees and add body to the wine.

Aged in oak barrels from the Vosges and the Allier region for 10 months of which 20% is new oak.
