LAB RESERVA Red 75CL 2017
Description
This is a more structured, intense version of the Lab, made with Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Touriga Nacional, which contribute to a rich colour and intense berry fruit aromas. Long maturation in oak brings delicate spice, silky tannins and a long finish. It’s a perfect match with steak or rich stews.

Limestone and clay, diferent sun expositions and gente slopes. The fresh summer nights and gentle winters are a key factor for the production of quality grapes. Vinification
Pressing after total destemming. Fermentation in stainless steel vats, with programmable pumping over system and temperature control to 28º C - 30. º C. Skin contact maceration and (submerged) cap for 28 days. Ageing in French oak barrels.
