Soil Type
Warm climate vineyards with an altitude of 100-500m. Soils are a combination of clay, sandy gravel and decomposed granite.
Viticulture
The grapes were sourced from trellised and bush vine vineyards from Swartland, Stellenbosch, Paarl, Robertson and Worcester regions. These vineyards grown on slopes, mostly South-West facing, which allows the vines to be cooled by maritime breezing, during ripening.
