Secret Cellar Pinot Grigio 2020

Colour: Brilliantly clear, with slight golden-green tint. Bouquet: Stone fruit aromas, like that of peach and nectarine, with a lingering floral character on the nose. Taste: An elegant, slightly fuller style of wine, packed with fresh fruit aromas of yellow apple and fresh limes, all tied together by a zesty acidity.

Moderate and cool climate regions, between 100-500m altitude. Soils are a combination of clay, sandy gravel and decomposed granite.

The grapes were sourced from selected vineyards in the Stellenbosch, Darling, Coastal and Paarl wine-growing areas of the Western Cape.
