Secret Cellar

Cut deep into the rock of the Papegaaiberg Mountains sits the Secret Cellar, created by the founders of the winery to mature and keep their wines at an optimum temperature. The cellar remained a wonderfully kept secret for many years, and is still used to this day to keep our wines at a perfect, natural temperature.
