Colour: Deep ruby red. Bouquet: Lovely aromas of prunes, plums and cherries with oak spice and a hint of cigar box. Taste: Rich and full-bodied with ripe plums and a good tannic structure.

Soil Type
Warm climate vineyards at an altitude of 100-500m. Soils are a combination of clay, sandy gravel and decomposed granite.
Viticulture
The Shiraz grapes were sourced from bush and trellised vineyards in the Stellenbosch, Paarl, Malmesbury, Wellington and Worcester areas, situated some 50m to 180m above sea level. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes came from vineyards in the coastal areas, grown in a range of soils from decomposed granite to deep, red.
