The Whale Caller Sauvignon Blanc/Colombard 2020

This beautiful little white is amazing value. Fresh, crisp and zesty with a round texture, it has citrus and apple fruit notes. A brilliantly refreshing blend of Sauvignon and Colombard, it’s great on its own, with seafood or lighter dishes such as prawn salad.

Moderate and cool climate regions, around 100-500m altitude. A combination of clay, sandy, gravel and decomposed granite soils.

Vines are between 5-25 years old, average of 3,300 vines per hectare. Double cordon trellised.
