Description

Chapel Down English Rose is a delicate rosé which epitomises the English summer with aromas of strawberries, raspberries and sherbet. Summer berries and citrus on the palate lead to a crisp, refreshing finish.

Great served chilled with barbeques, salads and grilled shellfish.

Fruit is whole bunch pressed with the majority of colour coming from the Rondo and Regent rather than from skin maceration, this gives a light, smooth characteristic to the wine. Cool fermentation and early clarification also helps with the light effortless style.
