About
Our 508-hectare, high-altitude vineyard is one of the largest single-estate properties in New South Wales. Draped over the rolling hills of Boomey, our vineyard continuously rises above and falls below the all-important 600 metres above sea-level mark, making it one of the few dual-appellation vineyards in Australia. For a wine to be classified an Orange Region wine, its grapes must come from vines grown higher than 600 metres above sea-level. The cooler temperatures obtained from high-altitude vines provide excellent growing conditions for our vines as well as higher fruit quality.
