Jean-Marc Pillot

Established in 1910 by Jean Baptiste Pillot, the domaine is now run by Jean Marc who has quietly turned his domaine into one of the finest of Chassagne Montrachet. When he joined his father Jean in 1985, the holdings numbered just 5 hectares and vinification occurred in the small cellar of the family home. Today, the domaine has grown to 11 hectares.
