Jean Marc works his vines organically, ploughing to get rid of weeds and other plants that may offer competition to water. We limit the use of copper as much as we can by using natural remedies to naturally fortify the vines and help them fight disease.
Vinification
The carignan is partly destalked and left on the skins for 8 days and the Syrah is destalked and left on the skins for 8 days
