Description
2016 Bordeaux Blend (65% Merlot, 25% Cabernet Franc, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon). Winemaker Nicolas Massé. Harvested between 21 and 23 September 2016. Yield 45 hl/ha. Long alcoholic fermentation (30 days) in concrete tanks. Clusters are destemmed and berries are sorted. 12 months in French Oak barrels (20% new). Located on the Right Bank of Bordeaux, in Saint-Emilion, with sandy/grevely topsoil and clay/limestone subsoil.
