Description
Variety Moscato - harvest mid of september - soft pressing of the grapes, must is then kept at 0° till the fermentation pocess in autoclave followed by bottling. DStraw yellow colour with light golden reflections, intense and aromatic bouquet typical of moscato grapes with hints of peach, sage and lemon with a delicate finishing of acacia flowers. The taste is gently sweet, with good and delicate fizz and an elegant aftertaste.
