Bersano

Bersano winery was created in 1907 by Giuseppe Francesco Bersano. It expanded over the decades up to a size of 230 hectares of vineyards scattered over Langhe-Roero and Monferrato area (Unesco World Heritage ) making Bersano the largest Piedmont's private landowners winery through 11 estates, which include several farm houses, an ancient small Monastery now redeveloped as a farm-house hotel with annexed Christian Chapel, 2 museums (the Fine Wine Prints Museum and the Museum of Old Farm Tools) , and an Italian cooking school. Territory, vineyards and grapes are the soul of the winery!
