Description
This is a dry and gently aromatic blend of local grapes from the Gascony region of the south of France. It is designed as a fresh and easy-going blend, which is equally well suited to enjoying at parties or to drinking with simple fish dishes. A very refreshing wine that’s astonishingly good value.
Certifications
2016 vintage: we had a lack of water during the entire spring and the summer so the yield is c 20% less than a classic year. Because of the low yield, the wines are deeply coloured, concentrated, powerful and very balanced. The whites are very fruity and easy to drink with a nice acidity.
