Description
Crafted using low-yielding vines from selected plots, the careful use of French oak produces a Burgundian-style Chardonnay. It shows ripe tropical fruit and citrus flavours with a rich, creamy texture. There are hints of apple blossom and vanilla, toffee overtones and a silky finish.
Certifications
2016 vintage: we had a lack of water during the entire spring and the summer so the yield is c 20% less than a classic year. Because of the low yield, the wines are deeply coloured, concentrated, powerful and very balanced. The whites are very fruity and easy to drink with a nice acidity.
