Description
This is a brilliant example of a southern French Sauvignon Blanc. With a touch more restraint than its New Zealand counterparts, there is still plenty of citrus and gooseberry fruit flavour. It’s bright, refreshing, satisfying and a perfect wind-down apéritif, or pair with fish dishes.
Certifications
2016 vintage: we had a lack of water during the entire spring and the summer so the yield is c 20% less than a classic year. Because of the low yield, the wines are deeply coloured, concentrated, powerful and very balanced. The whites are very fruity and easy to drink with a nice acidity.
