Description
The wine has a straw yellow colour with a bouquet reminiscent of exotic fruits and white flowers. The palate is crisp, fresh and fruity and it displays aromas of ripe yellow peaches, honeysuckle and marzipan. The elegant minerality, along with a well-balanced and pleasant acidity, leads to a long and persistent finish. Perfect on its own as an aperitif or with most pasta dishes, fish, shellfish or cheese.

Vinification
The grapes are de-stemmed and then softly pressed. The must is then chilled to 10°C and left to rest for 48 hours.
