Chevalier-Montrachet, Grand Cru Les Demoiselles 2013
Description
From one of the most renowned vineyard hillsides in the world, this sitecarries the name "Les Demoiselles" in hommage to the daughters of an early 19th century Beaune General, Adèle and Julie Voillot, who were the owners of the vineyard and who died without marrying. It shows all the hallmarks of exceptional white Burgundy. Notes of brioche and marzipan enhance fresh fruit, while beautiful concentration and the toasty structure of top quality oak give it a long future.
