Description
This is a beautifully structured modern Shiraz with a lightness of touch that marks out a delicately violet-perfumed nose and a palate with notes of white pepper and spice. Meticulously made by Felipe Müller, it’s perfect with red meat or hard cheeses

Viticulture
The vines are planted in the oldest alluvial terrace of the Limari Valley river. The soil profile is a mix off gravel of different sizes, clay and sand, with high concentration of active calcium carbonate (limestone), caused by the limited rainfall in the area. This geological condition makes the area unique in CHile in terms of soil formation and composition.
