Tabali Encantado Viognier 2018

This aromatic and subtle Viognier presents a clean yellow colour, on the nose citrus notes, white pepper, ginger and custard apple aromas stand out, along with soft hints of white fruits, the palate is very generous with great length and well balanced acidity.

The vines are planted in the oldest alluvial terrace of the Limari Valley. The soil profile is a mix of gravel of different sizes, clay and sand, with high levels of limestone. The area has limited rainfall so the vines have to work hard for the nutrients, all of which adds to the complexity of the final wine.
