Description

With plenty of citrus fruit flavours on the palate and lovely floral aromatics, this dry Riesling shows all the hallmarks of the classic Alsace style. It is elegant, but with a certain weight and richness, balanced by a refreshing finish. A great match for seafood, this is also delicious paired with smoked meats, particularly pork.

The soil is worked superficially and mechanically to protect soil specificity. We sowed every 2 rows with wheat and flowers, on the other rows, we let grown natural grass. Green harvests were done for the wine quality.
