René JOLLY

Soil Type

Very hard chalk. Stones have been used to build our village. Kimeridgian. Amongst the oldest soils in France.

Viticulture

Careful and fare. We do not use any chemical fertilisation. We do everything ourselves. No sub contractor.

Vinification

Small vats only. We seperate each vineyard, each year in order to realise the most precise possible blend. 15 % goes in wood, but we stop before it is obvious. Light and fine.
