Florent Rouve

The Domaine Rouve was created in 1998 by Jean Rijckaert, a passionate Belgian established as a wine producer in Burgundy since 1990. Since 2013, Jean has gradually passed the torch of his passion onto Florent Rouve and along with his savoir-faire knowledge that has given his wines their reputation. This being restricted yields, manual harvesting, slow and moderate pressings, fermentation using indigenous floras and long wine aging. The domaine pursues careful and natural winemaking, which aims to express the typicity of the grape and the unique terroir of their parcels.
