Isle of Wight Distillery

The first and only distillery on the Isle of Wight was licensed in 2014 by friends Xavier Baker and Conrad Gauntlett.

The Isle of Wight Distillery's signature spirit, Mermaid Gin, is hand crafted using ten ethically sourced botanicals - three of which are grown locally on the Island. Mermaid delivers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery gains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from locally foraged, fragrant rock samphire for a refreshing and invigorating serve.
