Isle of Wight Distillery

The first and only distillery on the Isle of Wight was licensed in 2014. Using ethically sourced ingredients, the distillery produce a range of premium spirits. The Isle of Wight Distillery’s signature spirit, Mermaid Gin, is hand-crafted using ten botanicals – three of which are grown locally on the Island. Mermaid delivers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from locally foraged, fragrant rock samphire - for a refreshing and invigorating serve.
