Bijou are multi-award winning wines from the Languedoc region and Provence in the heart of the South of France. We make small quantities of Rosé, Rouge, Blanc and Sparkling that reflect the unique climate and volcanic soils of our promising regions, whilst showcasing the very best of traditional Southern French grape varieties. Our focus is to make truly authentic wines that are delicious, elegant and complex.
