Description
Le Bijou de Sophie Valrose opens with notes of cherry and plum on the nose, followed by a glimmer of liquorice spice. The wine is medium-bodied, combining intense flavours of red fruits along with hints of the local garrigue. The tannins are well integrated and the lingering finish makes this a great wine to pair with food.
