Champagne Duval-Leroy

Family-owned since 1859, today Duval-Leroy is under the stewardship of Carol Duval-Leroy, ably supported by her three sons Julien, Charles and Louis. Located in Vertus in the Côte des Blancs, the house works with an unusually high proportion of their own 1er and Grand Cru vineyards. Chardonnay is the dominant grape throughout the range and top quality rosé is also made alongside a selection of special cuvees from historic varieties.

Duval-Leroy is a leadership to promote sustainability in both winery and vineyard and not only lists a fully organic wine but is also certified completely vegan across the range. Duval-Leroy is widely carried by Michelin-starred restaurants, Relais et Chateaux and prestigious hotels throughout the world and if Duval-Leroy has been awarded, for three consecutive years, Best Champagne in the World by CSWC, this is undoubtedly the proof that their Champagne wines are the most achieved with respect of the ethic and high quality.

The protection of soil, some plots conducted organically, a vegan vinification in stainless steel and oak barrels and a long ageing are as many factors which allowed to produce wines of exception.
