Caruso & Minini

Caruso e Minini is a joint venture between two families. Together, back in 2004, they built a state of the art winery in Marsala. Today Stefano is flanked by his two daughters Giovanna and Rosanna.

The wines come from 120 hectares, located in the inland of the Trapani province. Every single grapevine was planted following the best combination of exposure, soil and climate. This land hosts local grapes such as Grillo, Catarratto, Grecanico, Inzolia, Zibibbo,Nero d’Avola, Frappato and Perricone as well as some international varieties like Cabernet Sauvignon, Chardonnay, Syrah and Merlot.
