Harvested by hand Late vintage with low yield. Vintage of a good quality. A selection of our best « noble rot grapes » Sémillon, Muscadelle, vinified in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Alcoholic fermentation is done between 17 and 18°C for a week.
