Barolo DOCG Riserva 2010

Colour: deep ruby red with garnet highlights Bouquet: ethereal, pleasant and intense, reminiscent of withered roses and violets Palate: dry, full, robust and austere, but velvety and harmonious.

The vineyards for this wine are planted in soils with a high limestone content. The quality of the soil and the microclimate convey outstanding completeness and balance, as well as great elegance in the tannins and remarkable longevity.

Traditional vinification with about 20 days' fermentation is followed by at least five years' ageing, to mature the wine’s great structure.
