Description
This is an amazing producer: vineyards are ploughed by horse, and dry-farmed ‘cabeza’ vines are pruned by axe. Unlike in many wine regions, the vines don’t need rootstocks, which may lead to even more vibrant and pure cranberry and raspberry flavours. Using traditional methods including amphorae (or ‘tinajas’), this wine is sustainably produced, and delicious.
