COLOUR Bright pale straw-yellow; a fine, clear mousse with a very delicate perlage. BOUQUET Attractively intense; very fruity and aromatic, with hints of wisteria flowers and Rennet apples. FLAVOUR Very well-balanced and appealing, with the extremely delicate almond note that is typical of Glera grapes. FOOD MATCHES An excellent aperitif, it can also be served throughout the meal - including dessert - as long as the dishes are not too strongly flavored.

ROBERTO LAZZARO Roberto Lazzaro, born 1983, started his career as a wine maker really young, in 2003 in the social cellar La Versa. He was oenological manager and technical manager for seven years, following all the production processes of the wines especially the charmat method and classic method sparkling wines In 2010 he started the collaboration with Casa Vinicola Natale Verga, company specialized in the production and bottling of wines with international distribution. He held the role of technical director. in January 2021 he started the experience in Zonin1821 as oenological manager.
