Description
This wine is similar in style to some of the top Bordeaux whites: mineral, textured and fine, with the classic weight of Semillon balanced by freshness. Although the Hunter Valley is still the home of Semillon, Margaret River is producing excellent examples and Moss Wood’s is one of the best. A beautiful wine that is good with roast monkfish.
