Grand Cellier Premier Cru Brut

This small, fourth-generation family estate is often cited as the best in Champagne. This wine is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes, picked from 35-year-old vines, gently pressed, then aged in oak barrels before traditaional second fermentation and maturation in bottle. Full bodied and supple with rich fruit and a long finish.
