Beefsteak Club Tempranillo 2019

Bright ruby in colour, this wine has concentrated aromas of juicy and crisp red fruit and plums. Notes of rich raspberries and strawberries on the palate, with hints of vanilla and cacao, rounded off with velvety tannins.

Shallow clay-calcareous soils from the Miocene produce wines which are very concentrated and aromatic.

Tempranillo vineyards are 50 years old non-irrigated bush vines, small density of plantation and hand picking. Ideal climatic conditions, with long cold winters and warm summers with long sunshine hours and diurnal temperature difference. Very dry area, with 300-400 mm of rain per year. Yield: 8.000 kg/ha. Altitude: 750 metres above sea-level.
