This project by Laurent Calmel and Jerome Joseph is producing some rising stars from this lesser-known region. Bursting with fresh, crunchy, bright fruit, it is vibrant both in colour and style, with notes of blueberry and redcurrant, and something just a little herbal. Restrained tannins define the finish.
