Description

Vincent’s vines are located on clay, chalk and flint rich soils, which give his wines outstanding minerality with a distinctive gun flint aroma. Wines are carefully vinified at low temperature without any oak usage, in order to express the unique and pure fruit flavours and aromas of Sauvignon Blanc as well as the regional mineral characteristic.
