From three different parcels. 25 year old vines in Les Pargues, just south of Montmains give finesse and minerality. 60 year old vines in Les Cartes sandwiched between the 1ers Crus of Vaillons and Montmains give structure and depth and the 35 year old vines in Chapelots just below Montee de Tonnerre add class and complexity.

Individual plots are vinified separately in stainless steel.
