[yellow tail]'s range of wines are produced from selected grapes sourced from sun-drenched vinyards situated in the sweeping plains of South-East Australia, many of which were formed by the great Murray River Basin with its alluvial soils. Our talented wine growers and wine makers use their honed techniques developed over generations in order to get the best out of the fruit that is carefully harvested.
