Description
This is an elegant yet ripe and fruity style of rosé fizz, made for us by the house of Alexandre Bonnet, based in the south of the Champagne region. Made from 100% Pinot Noir, this beautiful rosé makes a perfect apéritif or partner to richer starters. It’s also a wonderful choice for any celebration.

This Champagne comes from the beautiful village of Les Riceys in the far south of the Champagne area. The soils are very similar to Chablis and the area has always been famous for its Pinot Noir. It is produced from Alexandre Bonnets own vines . They tend to use their riper Pinot Noir, grown on south facing slopes for their Rose. Bonnet are in competition with the wild boar which can each eat about 10 kilos of grapes in a night.(and destroy 2 to 3 times that much).
