Description
The best Blancs de Noirs, such as this award-winning example crafted for us by Alexandre Bonnet, are often said to be made from Pinot Noir only, rather than from a mix of black grapes. This small house grows its own grapes in the Aube (the southernmost part of Champagne), and its delicious Champagne has ripe fruit flavours and a biscuity character.

The soils around Les Riceys are the same as around Chablis and this gives a very expressive the pinot Noir. The emphesis is on picking ripe grapes to get the most character.
