L'ATZAR CAVA RESERVA

L'Atzar Cava Brut Reserva, is a small batch Cava produced , spend and maturated a minimum of 18 months prior to release to give its beautifully and lovely crispness and intensity. Delicate and fine bubbles with pure fresh flavours of crunchy apples and biscuit notes.

L’Atzar is Spanish for “random” the perfect excuse to drink these bubbles on a random occasion, produced for the young entrepreneur winemaker Jordi Masdeu.

Produced exclusively with a blend of the indigenous grapes varieties , expressing a taste of the Mediterranean “Conca de Barbera” region landscape.
